Grr.... 101 is proving hard to break through!!! Do I need drastic measures?? (i.e. JUICE diet, alternating fast days, Beef Jerky days?)
223.3 lb Lost so far: 6.0 lb.    Still to go: 24.9 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
