For any that would like to follow I have set up a facebook page for my own blog kind of thing about my weight loss journey. If anyone wants to follow friend me it will be under jaime7195@gmail.com. The reason I'm doing this is because I believe it will help me more to record my progress and add my pictures. I know I have fatsecret as well but this is so if any of my friends or family would like to follow my progress they can. If anyone has problems finding me let me know.
