hmmmm day 3 and still not doing anything different then I did before other than I am actively trying to write down everything that goes in my mouth! Tomorrow will be difficult as Betty is taking me out for lunch for my birthday and then Saturday will be worse as it is my actual birthday and have been talking to Jack about going to Red Lobster which is an hour drive and a border crossing to get too. Figure if I keep on behaving as best I can till then maybe it won't be as hard to chose he right stuff when I get there .
