The new plan is to go hard and lose those 12 pounds and see how I like it there. So 12 pounds in 36 days, that means a daily deficit of 1200, which is a lot less ambitious than the 1400 calorie deficit per day. It's only 200 but that 200 makes a difference on those busy days. Let's see where I end up on April 21st. Hopefully with an awesome weigh in.
