Bowels are not moving unless using enema. Started using flaxseed meal tonight with my salad. Today I went back to strict low carb. Been sitting on 265 for a week. Drinking plenty of water. Started walking this week, one mile. Gonna do this 3 times a week. breakfast was pure protein chocolate shake. lunch was 2 boiled eggs with dill relish and mayo. supper big salad with 1 tbsp. flaxseed
