A beautiful sunrise in the desert this morning! Supposed to be rainy and gloomy today so I thought Id take a cue from our dog Sydney..Naps and tv will be part of my plans today. Have a great day everyone!

Thanks everyone. Weds is my heavy workout day. I guess I should have mentioned that. I do a 3 hour workout. I start with the treadmill to loosen up, then do a body pump class, a step class, and a ab/butt toning class. That's why when I get home I'm pretty much exhausted!

Piggywinkle, yes Sydney is an Australian blue heeler. ( hence the name Sydney..lol) She is a quirky dog for sure but we love her a lot!!!!
