I have been following my woe 100% and I just don't know why the IT (scale) shows a creep up each day! I'm at 152 now and there is NO REASON for this except that IT is out to fool with me and I'm tired of IT & it. In the past I would just go off my diet especially when the loss is not there as 'promised' by the random diet I happened to be on. This one 'promises' loss after 5 days and then daily, BUT doesn't say anything about a gain! I'm not overeating, even though it does say you can eat until you are full at meals unless it has a measure for food & beverage. Basically it is 8 oz grapefruit juice or 1/2 grapefruit for breakfast lunch & dinner along with a cup of coffee or tea, breakfast is 2 pcs bacon 2 eggs, lunch is salad raw veggies (certain ones) and meat, dinner is salad or cooked veggies and meat, bedtime snack 8 oz tomato juice. Butter & seasonings are allowed. SO WHY is my weight going up instead of down? Can anyone give me some words of wisdom or what to do to get these stubborn pounds OFF for good? It says to stay on for 12 days and off for 2. I'm on day 10 and will stay with it since I have the food in house and feel good, just very discouraged and kind of down. Fortunately I have a part time temp job this week so that keeps me out of the house and away from wanting to eat all day. But I just can't keep on gaining when I think it should be working and I should be loosing!
Hope to hear some insight from ALL in FS-Land and what woe should I do next week that will get this weight OFF for good!
