Well I finally did some exercise yesterday, few light calisthenics, and used some small hand weights, now I just have to get into the swing of 3 or 4 times a week. Walking will come as my arthritis continues to improve. No slips or falls since I started almost 5 weeks ago. I find induction easy and simple, and keeping to a simple meal plan has helped me stay focused. Will probably be going out to eat tomorrow with family, so hope we find a place that will be atkins friendly for me! Also hubby just told me he wants to take me away to the Casino in Evansville for the weekend in Mar. At first I was worried but we have been there many times before, I know the restaurants and feel confident I can stick with my plan! Well tyr to get that exercise in!
