I had a really hard time getting motivated today...didn't want to get out of my warm, comfy bed, stubbed my toe walking down the hall in the dark, and couldn't find my car keys to go to the gym. It was fine once I got there, but I'm just having an off day; nothing catastrophic, but nothing seems to be going quite right either.

And my weigh in was less than exciting this morning. I've been hungry and wanting to snack, but have not gone over my RDI since last Friday. Hopefully next week will feel better mentally, for now, I'm just going to enjoy two days off!
