so did your your father have the same thing...what did you do to stop your self from going mad .. cause at the moment to stop myself from over eating i am smoking more..yes im a smoker,well more than normal ,still enjoying a few glasses of wine ....don,t worry i'm not getting drunk every night but it is stopping my mind from going into over load and thinking bad thoughts .what did you do to keep your self going ,sorry if i'm beging to noisy...
