Wow, today I am going back to eating Low Carb. I wasn't making as much progress as I had anticipated eating low carb, until I stopped and now I feel terrible, bloated, and just plain fat. Pants that fit me two weeks ago are tight on me again. I slipped up while celebrating a milestone in my life, and then just began eating like I used too (pasta, sandwiches, etc..) and boy was that a wrong move. At least now I know that even though the pounds were not dropping fast, my body was really changing. It's funny because I would measure and not see a change either, which led to frustration, which led to saying eff it, and eating whatever I wanted again. Well, starting today I am back to strict low carb eating, and aiming for 20-25 net carbs a day. I did it before, so I know I can do it again! I don't even want to weigh myself, but here goes...

MarieRemie , I know how you fell! Last year it took me 2 months to drop 12 pounds,,,Now this year I am 4 pounds heavier and 16 pounds to lose ....And two days ago I went back eating LowCarb!!!I am here for you!!!! It works just wait and you will see too!!!!

I know the feeling. I just had a weekend of eating everything Im not supposed to, and I too felt like bloated crap. Started back this week and being very strict with myself. Good luck

I am working on the low-carb, too. Just made it one week…..but I have been trying to stick to 70 carbs….maybe i need to rethink that. I had been eating over 200 daily carbs. I am hoping for a drop in weight, blood pressure and blood sugar. But it is hard…..I love those carbs!!

Hi Marie, You can do it! Once I hit the 5-6 day mark, I'm usually over my cravings and focused. Over the last few years I've learned some super healthy ways to cook and made some scrumptiously delicious meals. I've also found excellent substitutes for many of the things I've cut out of my diet and was missing. Who says eating a carb senstive diet has to be difficult? Sounds like you're already on track with your breakfast this morning. Keep it up! We can do it!
