Well as I start my 4th week I finally see some amazing changes. Weight down 9 lbs, inches lost 5.5, hunger gone,(almost forcing myself to eat at times) arthritis pain diminished by about 75%, outlook and motivation good! This can be a very frustrating program for people that want to see results yesterday! But with patience and perserverence, Atkins is a great diet to follow. For me this is the first time I have stuck with only weighing myself weekly, because I know with even a slight gain during the week it could have caused me to cave and stray from my food plan. As we all know some things just work better for some than for others and these are the things that work for me. Yes, I have 2 occasions coming up, one in April and my niece's wedding this August so I do have things that I am working towards, but my major goal is my health and feeling better!
