Not a bad day, although the points did sneak up a bit on me. I have to share away my muffin stock as they seem to be getting me in trouble. I have been trying to keep drinking water and I ate 4 bowls of soup today. I haven't really over done everything, but the minute I eat one of those muffins - I'm already in trouble.
I haven't done my exercise yet, but I think I'm going to take a warm up break from working and do thirty minutes of aerobics and then get back to work. I'm really determined to lose at least 1 lb, hopefully 2 by next Sunday. When I get home, I hope to do another 15 minutes of yoga and toning before bed.
I've drank at least a liter of water today, and I'm going to make that 1.5 L for sure. I've had 1 serving of dairy, 8 servings of fruits and veggies and probably way too many carbs, but at least they were full of fiber.
The soup seems to be really helping me feel fuller. I'm going to try and get some more frozen vegetables from the store. I think I need to come up with some less carb/fat rich snacks. Maybe try and make sure that one snack a day is a vegetable, maybe two. Maybe I should be brave and buy some lettuce (the stuff in the store at least looked good today, although it'll probably cost a fortune.)
