What the hell is wrong with me??? I have no willpower lately. Any CRAP my husband eats, I have to "take a bite or eat the whole thing too". It sucks having someone around, how I loved living alone. For over 15 years I didn't eat packaged, fast, crappy foods. I know I shouldn't beat myself but I really don't want to eat these foods. I have got to try and cook, and make some time. Working 7 days a weeks is hard, and if I skip a meal like yesterday, I get home and just scarf. HALT...never get too hungry, angry, lonely or tired---have to keep remembering this. I could have made a protein drink at some point. Dammit!
