I've been sick this week, so I have only gone to the gym one day. And I've been eating like crap - keeping my calories below my RDI, but they haven't geen good calories. Lots of sugar and fats. I'm feeling better though, hopefully tomorrow I'll get to the gym and get my diet back on track too :-)
