Only getting to the gym every other day now. Rain, snow, and lack of sleep are having their way with me. Worked out in an orchard today pruning with a volunteer project for two hours in the rain. Good upper-body work-out but got soaking wet and couldn't get warm after I got home. Finally soaked my feet in hot water and epsom salt. Maybe I should soak my head instead. Lots of rain here. Makes me happy because trees.
