Had an amazing dinner out last night! Expected to be really tempted with the awesome rolls on the table and those delicious peanuts in the shell but I did really well.I would have asked that those items be removed from the table but we were out with others and didn't feel that was the right thing to do. Had only water to drink, stuck with the meal that I had planned before we left. Felt very successful and stayed on track! Yeah for me!
