I put myself in Ketosis for a couple of weeks and lost a good amount. I found I was eating less and less every day, to the point that 300 calories felt fine for a day. Now, I am trying to fall out of Ketosis, so maybe I can get my caloric range to a decent range of 1200-1500 calories a day.
