I made it through the night without raiding the peanut butter and chocolate chips. Whew! My stomach is growling and it is only 10:43 A.M.
I am encouraged by the accountability of my buddies and group. Lord, give me strength for today.
Boy, am I hungry. I just ate my salad, but I am still hungry. I tried to eat slowly and let my stomach feel full. It didn't work. Ha, ha.
