So ya My body is sore after doing the workouts that I did yesterday and then I wake up and I realize today is the day I volunteered for my daughter's field trip...where we actually walked to the fire station. So I am beat! But I must still finish my Ab workout and at least 30 min's of Just Dance...I can do it! And then bed early for me tonight!
