well, yesterday I didn't stick with veggie broth, actually didn't even eat the first cup. Ate the rest of the cheese with meat (rolls)then in the early evening went to get something at the store, ended up also getting more wine, chips & snickers ice cream bars. Ate & drank all. Still don't know what is going on with me, but I'm staying home today. Would normally volunteer at local church thrift store but I have a headache and just feel yuck so maybe I just have a case of the 'yuckies' Hope ALL is well in FS-Land & take care to ALL.
