I managed to drink eight glasses of water yesterday! True, I had to enlist the help of Crystal Light, but I did it. (For someone so addicted to soda, this is indeed a triumph.)
Still not eating enough calories according to fatsecret. Gah! I've found it's harder to do than I thought. Could it be that I've been sabotaging myself all this time by NOT eating enough? That in and of itself seems to defy logic. Hrm...
Anyway, trekking through another day.
