Thinking about this website made me think twice about breakfast. Knowing that I had some accountability was good for me. I walked the dog first thing this morning, no excuses. Good start for the day.
Just had lunch of salad and tangerine. I am still hungry and would love to eat a chocolate bar, but just writing this is encouraging me to hang in there.
