Had a good day. Stayed well under 1500 calories. Should start going back downward soon. I took a much needed break. It really was necessary for me to step back for a bit and take a breather. Although I've kept up with checking in daily with the challenge I am in. Actually have been able to maintain real well, which has been good. Still got into my 12 skinny jeans today with ease. But it is time to get back after the rest of the weight I want to lose. Have a great night.
