Made it to the gym this afternoon. :) They had a new class called H.E.A.T. Basically it was a mix of step class, aerobics, and a bit of pilates. There were a few new people there and I was surprised that I was physically in better condition than they were. I used my weights each time it came to pick them up, and moved through all the exercises much easier than the new girls. :) I was still the biggest person in the room, though not by much. Even with my foot issue, congestion, and a month sabbatical from the gym, the class wasn't that difficult to keep up with. I know I shouldn't compare myself to others, but it was a bit of a shock to be the biggest there, but to be in better shape than the new comers. Now if I can only nip the night time snacking in the butt. I'll be completely back on track...
