UGHHHHHH I am totally mad at myself . I gave into a weak moment at lunch time and had a piece of pizza and a pop.

I am redeeming myself by eating tofu stirfry for dinner . Barely any calories at all.

Don't beat yourself up about a slip! They happen to all of us. I like that you have a plan for dinner to balance things out.

No I am definatly not letting it derail me ... I paid for it on the scale though... Only lost 1 pound this week ... I had been losing 3 pounds per week. So this week I plan to eat with no slip ups and exercise way more than I did this week . How is your bootcamp going ???

3 lbs a week is awesome! What kind of exercising are you doing? The bootcamp is going well...I have my 3rd class tomorrow morning...last chance workout before weigh in on Monday...Im thinking if I don't get the results I want on this first weigh in.....I will have to cut my alcohol WAY back or out all the way :( I love my wine...I hope not but I will do what it takes. I also have to get about 3 hours of cardio worked into my schedule during the week too. I will do it...its just week one...I don't want to lose just one pound a week either...that would only give me 12lbs lost at the end of my bootcamp...I want it to be double that!!!

I have the complete Zumba at home series so I do those and alternate which ones I do so I don't get bored with it. They have the fast cardio burn dancing and slower sculp and tone . I also just ordered a few more off of amazon ... jillian micheals ... biggest loser last chance workout ... and a couple others . I actually had some of the biggest loser dvds a few years ago and I LOVED them but I let someone borrow them and never saw them again . So I got a few more. There are a lot of times that I have some time to kill between running kids here and there and its not enough to go to the gym but its enough for me to do that. Cant wait til the new ones get here : )

good for you! Do whatever you have to do to get some workouts in I say :) I went to a class yesterday morning...it was a tough one...I go tonight again...Monday nights are my weigh in night too (I weigh in the mornings at home...which I will do tomorrow morning). Keep your fingers crossed I see a decent drop....I really need that to encourage and excite me. No matter what happens on the scale tonight...I will cut back on the drinking and try to pick up another exercise day...This is my 2nd week starting today....last week I had 3 exercise days...I want 4 this week... How did you do this weekend???
