Good Morning,

Snowed in with the kids today. Actually, the roads are a sheet of ice so that is why we have closings and delays. However, I am happy to report that eating a bit more yesterday moved those scales. I really can't think of any other reason I would have lost. I did walk around the supermarket and helped bring the grocery in the house so that could have helped to. DOWN 2 POUNDS!!! I feel really good. Now, today is suppose to be a eat less day. So, haven't planned that schedule out yet, but breakfast I'm thinking about an omelete for me and a breakfast wrap for the boys. Oh no forgot to purchase salsa. Oh well, maybe I have some type of sauce that can be used.

-8 degrees here and the kids have school delay . Ughhhhh this freesing weather just makes me wanna curl up in a blanket and stay cozy and warm. So today I plan on washing everyones bedding and cleaning out closets and wipe down all the walls and what not in the upstairs of the house. I figure that if I am stuck inside , doing some major housework has to be a decent workout. And staying busy makes me not wanna snack. I get bored and cabin feverish in the winter so I tend to do all my spring cleaning type stuff through feb and march . Once spring gets here I wanna be outside and active with the kids.
