l'm loving some of the heathier meals I've been cooking. Tonight I made a Meaty mushroom Turkey Burgers, and had a cup of sauteed zucchini and onions. It took longer 1hr. As much as I wanted to nibble on my creation I held back until everything was completed. Even my youngest scrawny daughter liked them. The portions are right size that I can save some for future meals. So much better that what I've been eating pre- Christmas.
