I am getting back on track today. I made it through Christmas pretty good but candy still lurks around the house. Then my Granny passed away Friday, Jan 9th. I didn't eat very good that week. I tend to eat when I stress. Then I turned 40 on Friday the 16th. That didn't bother me but then there was cake and other goodies given to me. LORD! Anyway, I am getting focused this week. I also have to get back to the gym! That is my goal for Thursday. Start back and get motivated. I can tell I haven't been eating as well because I stay tired and lazy when I just eat whatever is laying around instead of fixing a healthy meal or snack. It starts now!
