ok missed my goal eating by 6 grams fat and 18 carbs, again this life time habbit of eating after 8 is a monster

I find it hard at night too. I went out today and bought carrots and celery. That will be my new snack item after dinners for now on. That and air popped pop corn. Tomorrow is a new day so give it a shot tomorrow. It's hard, so don't give up.
