Okay!! I cheated!! Sure did!!! I had 3 packages of peanuts :-/. I blame myself because I should have just purchased one pack. I have no self-control when it comes to them. Dr. Atkins knew it!! It is so easy to overdo it with them. So, I think I am not ready to add them in my diet. :-(
Breakfast: 1 package of peanuts-----> 11carbs
Lunch: sliced turkey w/cheese and peanuts.....>13carbs
Dinner: Taco meat, 1/2 oz of cheese, small tomato, and peanuts......>
Plus no water for today :-( I'm thinking about 40 carbs today..bad Jae bad Jae..but it's Friday I just wanted a little something. So, what will I do to make up for overdoing it on the carbs today. Back on Atkins induction strictly starting tomorrow. :-) Peanuts were good too :-)
