Hi Everyone! Im Tina. My struggle has been with food my whole life and Im putting an end to it here! I want to be able to grow old with my boyfriend and be there at my future kids weddings. I also want to watch my niece and nephew grow up and be active with them. I love being the "cool aunt tt" But I wanna be the "Cool Aunt TT" who is still around. My biggest fear if I dont change my ways is that I am going to die. Weight is a BIG thing in my family that each generation has had issues with. I want to be that inspiration and that one that changes it for everyone!

1st Goal: 06/30/2014 -75 lbs (from starting Weight)
2nd Goal: 12/15/2014 -75 lbs (from End of last goal)
3rd GOal: 06/01/2015 -75 lbs (from End of last goal)

If by chance I get my goal before the end- I will tone my body. Get the definition and muscle I have always wanted :)

That is awesome! I will have to get on a ritual...I know last night I drank a cup of warm tea and I fell asleep within an hour of drinking it...but I was up 5 hours later WIDE awake.....Sad maybe drink another 1/2 cup would work. I gotta figure something out cause being tired or exhausted is my excuse to not working out in the gym.

Do you find it easier to make a small goal and achieve that several times- than to make a big goal for one Achievement?

Same here. I totally get that. I have gotten to were I remind myself that if it crosses my lips, it has to go on my food diary on here. That helps some.
