i am going to try to record everything i eat on here, too. I have been doing it for the past three days in my note books. So far so good, but i am always hungry...
Oh, my breakfast, lunch and dinner's are pretty much broken in half because I dont eat BL&D, I eat 5-6 meals a day. Is there a way to actually separate them into six meals rather than just name off B + L + D and snacks? help is appreciated, as always :D
