I have been working out daily in the gym daily since 01/01. I missed Monday as it was just too cold to leave the house and the threat of black ice.
I did a mile on the treadmill yesterday in a little under 22 minutes and 5 miles on a stationary bike in @ 15 minutes. I have cut out alcohol also.
I ate for breakfast this morning oatmeal, banana and a hard biled egg. Drank coffee. Working on water intake.
