Went up a bit in the last few days :/
270.3 lb Lost so far: 1.8 lb.    Still to go: 93.9 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Eckleby don't get disheartened, its not a sprint but a marathon. I have found cutting down the amount of bread and milk has made a big difference.
