I am so. freaking. worn. out. I've been sore all week from working out. Every single muscle in my body hurts right now but it feels good in a way. I can't wait to really start seeing results.

I didn't sleep well last night. I woke up in the middle of the night with my nose all confested and I couldn't get back to sleep for a while. I blamed my boyfriend for keeping it so freaking cold in his room with the fan on. Ugh. Took extra vitamin C today, hopefully this won't last long. I can't be sick now, I have pounds to shed!

Sore, tired, sick... and working overtime! I can have OT for the next 7 days. I'm going to try to get in about 29 hrs of OT. I need the money.

Okay, time to reflect on last week!

-3 days I went over what I was aiming for as far as calories. One day included a cheat meal. The others I had still burned more calories than consumed, and was only about 200 calories over... But, I'd like not to do that the next 3 weeks or longer.

-I exercised 4 days last week for a total of 200 minutes. I am going to aim for 5-6 days the next 3 weeks or longer. I like the routines I've been doing. A little strength, and lots of cardio. I'm going to add core exercises starting tonight. I want to tighten my middle!

It's going to be tough to fit the exercise in with all the overtime I'm trying to do the next week, but I think I can do it. I HAVE to do it.
