Yesterday was a pretty good day,worked out ran for a lil over a mile then worked out. Chest: Bench Press:5x12 Incline Dumdbell Press:5x12 Flat Bench Dumbell Fly:5x12 Shoulders: Seated Barbell Front Press:5x10 Incline Rear Delt Raise:5x12 Seated dumbell lateral raise:5x12 Traps: Standing Dumbell shrug:5x10 So total time liftinf weights was about 2:52 min I hit the suna for 20min then swam at a slow paste for 1:15 after that I hit the suna again for 10 min. Then after that I went to a dinner with my roomie. Temptation really kicked in with all that good(actually bad) food, so i had a whole wheat hamburger with peperjack chesse and no sauce or mayo. Also subsitiuted the frys with a small dinner sald. My very first time i've ever done that. Overall I find that i indeed do very well. Im starting to feel fuller quicker and with smaller meals, hopefully this weekend will be easy on me, and i hope to have lost some pounds over the weekend.
