Happy Halloween everyone! It was a super busy and long day at work. Today I completed my first 29 day challenge, which helped me with accountability. I am joining another one in 2 days to help me stay on track. Still trying to stay under 1200 calories for 10 days. Still doing good with portion control as well. And stayed totally out of the candy dish at work today. Not one piece. Determination will pay off! Have a great night.
