Enjoying Popsugar and Heather Robertson's workouts on YouTube, specifically anything 30min+ Cardio or HIIT. who knew YouTube exercise videos would be so effective. any recommendations for others welcome

My wife uses Yvette Bachman. My daughter uses Toni Mitchell. Very different styles.

I do the ab exercises on YouTube. they're free, varied and fairly easy for a whale like me. I did fancy the HIIT but can't afford anymore outgoings 🤣 not since I spent £540 on a new cross trainer........ but YouTube is definitely great for exercising without equipment etc.

Janeway, I honestly find exersise helps my eating habits. I hate excersising! But if I do it, I won't eat crap after, all that hard work and then cake? Nah. I didn't do it for nothing ya know? I love your attitude Yasmine 😊 work hard and say no to cake 💪 I find it a struggle too, especially when I can’t go out to classes. Thanks for all the YouTube recommendations everyone 😊

I do Chloe Ting's workouts, she has loads of video that you can choose from and she has full workout schedules free on her website. They're all day by day schedules that target specific body areas and range from lasting 2 weeks to a month. I've lost a stone in 3 months following 4/5 of her workouts.

I do my own workouts but if i need to brush up on form or need a specific exercise I go to Cori at Redefining Strength. Youtube.

At the moment I'm still enjoying Sydney Cummings workouts - I prefer 40 to 60 min strength workouts with weights. I've been meaning to try out Penny Barnshaw as well - recommended by a fellow FS member who's had amazing results using her vids.
