You can barely see my shirt but it says Hotwheels! Whenever I wear it Im reminded of my son. He's 40 now but when he was little he was obsessed with cars! He had all the hotwheels, the carryingcase, the racetrack, and the garage. Still have the cars n case

yep same here. trucks cars and dirt. lol. I have 3 boys. my daughter likes dirt too though. lol. Ive said it before but your eyes are so peaceful. and so pretty. happy Saturday!!

@ one point, thank u! Enjoy those little ones! Time flies! My son lives in Colorado so I onlut see him about twice a year...I miss him so much! @DP, u make me blush! Btw, I upped my weights because of your comment on what you are lifting. I increased small muscle groups by 2.5 lbs and large muscle groups by 5lbs. It feels good. Thanks? @shirl, boys will be boys.. @jeannie, I often wonder if they are worth anything..but I couldn't sell them.

That's awesome about the weights. Every once in awhile I think- Could I be doing more? And sometimes I can- so I do and other times- No- I can't. :) But what I have started doing is even if it is only 3 reps of something because the weight is too heavy to do more, I'll do it and then drop the weight. That being said- I care far less how much I can lift compared to what my body looks like. ❤

Dp, I agree...I noticed the weights I was using were getting kind of easy for me so that is why I upped it. For instance, I was at 12.5 for bicep n triceps so I went up to 15 and tried to do 3-5 more reps per set. For squats I added 10lbs but could not add more reps. For chest I stayed same. That and back are weak muscles for me. I can only do 55lbs for chest presses and only about 5-6 times. (bar is 45 n I add 5lbs on each side) For cable back rows I'm up from 55 to 70 lbs. Anyway, thanks for motivating me!

My sons , 40 and 36. Try too had hot wheels and match box. Every Christmas I put a new one in their stockings. They love it.
