So I'm confused about what exercise I should use when I'm inputting my it in my diary.

Ive been doing this DVD the Cardio MAX Biggest Loser DVD and I'm not sure if I should use the "Calisthenics ( heavy, e.g. pushups )" or the "Calisthenics ( Light e.g. home exercise )" Because It IS home exercise, but its NOT light. lol and I DO pushups. If I put the first one it says I burn around 750 cal for 45 minutes, and the light one says only around 350? I put it in as heavy, but I'm just curious if it was correct.
