Calorie 1187 Breakdown: Carbohydrate (45%) Fat (37%) Protein (18%) Had a relaxing day off. Walked 10k steps. Did meal prep for the upcoming busy work week. It seems that keeping my calories under 1200 for the 10 days is working to jumpstart my metabolism again. Thanks God! Everyone be safe and have a blessed week.
