Try without anything for a week... you really get used to it! Then it just seems normal. I cant have any sweet in my tea or coffee nowadays

I very rarely drink coffee but if I do make it in the morning I always have it with cream and a teaspoon of demerara sugar, only 20cals a teaspoon so I dont lose too much sleep over it lol

agave nectar, it tastes similar to honey but has less calories and doesn't spike blood sugar, I used to have it as a treat when I started eating plant based

I've just been looking this up today as I have the same problem. I've found a lot of people recommending Xylitol which I've found on the Asda website as Total Sweet. I haven't tried it yet but thought I'd share what I found.

Agreed - agave is tasty 😊 coconut sugar too, though it’s not really healthier than white sugar 🤷♀️

I use sweetex I can’t taste any difference but to be honest I only started using because sugar kept getting cancelled off my grocery delivery
