I took the day and spent it with my husband walking 10k+ at our local factory outlet shopping center. We had a great and much needed day just spending some time in the outside, browsing, and hanging out. Then had a great salmon dinner at Outback Steakhouse. Went over some on the calories but saved half of my dinner for tomorrow. This journey is not all or nothing for me. It is one day and one meal at a time. All week long I try very carefully to stay under my allotment so if I decide to splurge a bit, I can. Today was a nice break from our busy routine. But back after it tomorrow!
