Got to the gym late this afternoon. They had a new class started called Cardio Yoga. It was really fun. I liked it better than Yoga-lates. Worked up a sweat, constant movement and occasionally holding a pose/position for 15 seconds. After it I was sweaty and ready for a little rest. Then hopped on the treadmill for 17 and a half mins. Walked/jogged a mile. The allgeries I've been battling for the last few weeks has taken a toll on my breathing. It was a bit harder to breathe than it had been, and I couldn't jog as much as I was prior to their onset. :( The neat thing was when I first started the gym back in September, I really had to push my legs to keep the steady speed of 3.5. And today it was effortless, my natural walking pace. :) So that was a big surprize. Jules only had one break down in the childcare room, which we took care of, distracted her, then I got to finish out the class and the treadmill. I'm hoping with time she'll get better about it. Or when hubs is home, we can take turns going to calm her down when she does have a fit. I think I'm going to be a bit sore tomorrow, but it was sooooooooooooo worth it!! Why did I wait so long to get back at the gym?! Gah! I feel great about the workout I got in today! :D Also that late afternoon workout really helped to curb my appetite this evening. ^.^ So I'm just over 1200 cals for the day. I'll probably have some green tea a bit later this evening, to cap off the day.
