Well, November just flew by fast!
I had no idea it's been a month since I've been on. And it shows, well, a little.
I've been kind of maintaining, but we'll see tomorrow when I weigh in. I've stayed within a +/-3 range, which is normal, but the body fat has gone up a little bit. I haven't really been working out either, Round 2 of P90X stopped after week 2. My best intention to work out every of the week I was off for Thanksgiving were thwarted as well. Darn work schedule and family visits!
The plan for December is to do Core Synergistics and Cardio-X as much as possible. I would like to lose 4 pounds by the end of the month, that's probably a little too ambitious given all the holiday parties and such. But I'm up for a challenge. I will avoid the enemy as much as possible (carbs and wine). Eh, I made it through Thanksgiving and even lost about half a pound. I have Thursday-Sunday off each week for the rest of the month, and feel I should be able to accomplish something in this time.
