I am trying this again and hope to weigh in at 113 lbs eventually. My first goal will be 119. I started a biggest loser classe last Wednesday and weighed in at 128.8. I will weigh in tommorrow and see if I have had any success. I will also seriouly try to stick to fruits, vegetables, fish and almond milk. Cross your fingers.
