Yesterday proved to be o.k I didn't get a good start like I had hoped. I went to applebees with my husband, but I did get some spinich dip, tomatoe soup and a shrimp and spinich salad. Not bad, but should have just stayed home and cooked. Today I have already started on the right track as far as eating, just need to get the excercise thing going. Hang in there!!!

Hey buddy, I went to Applebees last night too, and didn't do too bad either. Just remember the spinich dip is deceiving, but good. Glad to have you on board as a buddy. I have been at this a long time going on and off. I am hoping my willpower will last longer this time. One thing I have learned from this diet is how to manage my food, it makes me think when I go out to eat, what I should be eating, and I try to stick as close to it as I can. I was fortunate this week to have lost 6 pounds, I haven't lost any the past couple of days, but I am not complaing either. I look forward to giving you my full support on our weight loss journey. Way to go taking it one day at a time.. looks like you are off to a really good start. Eating out is one of my vices as well!!
