Seriously???? Wth. Come. On.

Well, I really can't complain too much cause I have lost over fifty pounds and so far have stayed at fifty gone, but at this rate....damn. I'm not sure what I'm doing wrong here.

Up your water intake because it's probably water retention. It would be easier to help you figure it out if your diet calendar was complete. How many calories are you eating daily? What is your exercise program?

K...I've been eating about 1500 calories a day because my dr got onto me about not eating enough. I do there elliptical about an hour five days a week but don't count it cause I don't want an excuse to eat more. I have been terribly constipated though which if weird because I have NEVER had that problem. I drink at least five sixteen oz bottles of water a day and recently started taking vitamin d, calcium and magnesium supplements because I am severely vitamin d deficient. Dr says calcium and magnesium help the body process vitamin d...i don't know but I'm snit to pull my hair out...
