Hi ALL in FS-Land. It is another day....I'm doing OK, Been better, been worse but thats ok. I am starting a new thing, An Oregano Purge, basically taking some supplements & trying to eat "clean". I've been craving fruit so I am adding that to my daily foods, trying to not overeat them! Cutting out dairy (cheese difficult for me to give up) sugar (except natural in fruit) & breads, pastas (also difficult for me!). Maybe cut out or cut down on nuts & seeds at least for a few days. Eat mostly greens & vegies, seafood & some meats. I only have enough supplements for 6 days so we will see how it goes and decide if I want to go longer after that. The store where I got the supplements said they would write up a procedure for 'extreme' purge, 'moderate' purge and 'light' purge. They didn't write it up yet, but guess mine would be a light purge for now. I have heard and read alot of good things about incorporating Oreganol 73 oil, juice or capsules to your woe. So here it goes :-)

Hope this helps I know for me it has to be sustainable and if you are eating food that you can pronounce its a good thing!
